Anger management courses are structured to include 9 hours with experienced relational coach and conflict specialist, Sinead Reddin, either online or in person at the RedMoon Relational Life centre, Co. Donegal. The 9 hrs will be delivered over a combination of 3hr workshops and 90 minute coaching sessions.
