I’m a fully certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) practitioner through the Relational Life Institute, founded by renowned therapist Terry Real. I’ve earned the professional badge for my website and I’m now listed in the official global directory on Terry Real’s site, as the first practitioner in Ireland. I’m genuinely proud of that, not as a trophy, but because it reflects years of deep training in what actually helps people shift stuck patterns and repair connection.

How I work.
Relational work isn’t about deciding who’s right. It’s about changing what happens between you, so connection becomes possible again.
In our sessions, we focus on what’s actually going on in real time: the patterns you get pulled into, the moments you lose your footing, and the ways you protect yourself that end up costing you closeness. I’ll help you slow things down, put language on what’s happening without shaming either of you, and practice new ways of responding that create safety, respect, and honesty.
